Training

Training on the Envoy® 500 is included with the purchase of an Envoy® 500 Chemistry Analyzer. Two Vital Diagnostics Representatives provide this installation and training program and are at your location for at least 5 days.

Warranty

A one year warranty is included with every Envoy® 500 sold.

Field Service
In the rare instances we cannot fix your problem over the phone, technical support will dispatch a Field Service Engineer who will arrive at your laboratory within 24 hours. Parts that are needed to get your Envoy® 500 up and running are provided as part of the warranty, at no cost you.

Preventative Maintenance
Envoy® 500 maintenance for the first year is provided at no cost to you. You receive 4 ISE tubing kits, 2 six month preventative maintenance kits and 2 onsite visits for your 6 month and 12 month preventative maintenance. A Vital Diagnostics Field Service Engineer or Instrument Specialist comes to your laboratory at 6 months and 12 months to perform preventative maintenance on your Envoy® 500 500. This includes the 2 preventive maintenance kits and the ISE tubing kits. The other 2 ISE tubing kits are installed by you.
