TLC monitors provider ordering through periodic utilization review and reimbursement reports. Compliance and reimbursement are emphasized with ongoing detailed evaluation.

Work Flow Management
TLC evaluates work flow from specimen collection through filing of final reports. Detailed flow charts are prepared to provide a clear understanding of this process and changes are made to increase efficiency.

Information System Support
TLC provides an ongoing assessment of LIS capabilities and its applications/limitations for data management. While considering economic limits, recommendations are made to fulfill your practice’s vision. TLC assists with the installation of any upgrade or new system.

Managed Care Evaluation
TLC will periodically evaluate your payor mix based upon utilization and reimbursement reports. Managed care carriers are closely monitored for contractual changes, limited test menus and reimbursement changes.

TLC monitors changes such as provider increase/decrease, payor mix and ordering pattern changes. These events are matched up with the current test menu and instrumentation. New testing opportunities are continually brought to the attention of the medical director and other providers.
