Distributor Ordering Policy

Distributor orders should reference a valid purchase order number and be placed with a minimum value of $500.00 excluding applicable shipping/handling charges and taxes. Orders below the minimum will be assessed a $50.00 service charge and will be clearly marked on the invoice as "Minimum Order Service Charge", charge number 88998.

Distributors are required to maintain proper inventory levels of ELITechGroup products. Drop shipment orders are subject to a $50.00 service charge and will be clearly marked on the invoice as "Drop Ship Charge", charge number 88999. In addition, drop shipment orders that do not meet the $500.00 minimum value requirement referenced above, will also be accessed a $50.00 "Minimum Order Service Charge".

A handling/packaging fee of $9.95 will be added to each purchase order.

Shipping

Orders are shipped freight collect by a carrier of the customer’s choice.   Proof of delivery requests must be made within 60 days of invoice date to ensure accurate response from the carrier.

The lead time to ship distributor stocking orders is five business days from the receipt of purchase order.  As perishable products ship within 48 hours, these items are regularly shipped Monday through Wednesday.  Orders for perishable products should be placed by Wednesday to ensure shipment the following week.  Non-stocking orders will typically ship within two (2) business days from the receipt of purchase order.  Same day rush shipment requests may be subject to a $50 rush shipping fee. 

All shipment shortages and/or damages should be reported to ELITechGroup within 24 hours of receipt of order. It is imperative that any shortages and/or damages be documented in writing with the carrier upon delivery. ELITechGroup cannot be responsible for credit or replacement of product due to shortage and/or damage if proper documentation of shortage and/or damage is not made with the carrier.

Return Policies

A request for return must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of product. Perishable goods are not returnable. All returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer pays the shipping cost to return the product. If the return is due to a shipping error or order entry error by ELITechGroup, the product will be shipped back at ELITechGroup's expense with no restocking fee. Credits will be issued against future purchases.

Product number, quantity and lot number
Original Purchase order number or invoice number
Reason for return

Any product returned without prior authorization will be refused and returned to the customer, freight collect.

Invoices outstanding past the due date may be assessed a monthly service charge of 1.5% on the outstanding balance until payment is received in full. Prices are EX Works Logan, UT and are subject to change without notice unless other arrangements have been made.
